Qualitron QI-104
Rövid története
Taiwanese Qualitron Corporation made high-quality but cheaper calculators till the end of 1970s. Instead of the usual Qualitron-style housing with curved edges and black-white colors, this model has a very attractive angular housing. Its specialty is the usage and operation, which is been caused by the USA-made Litronix chip: the calculator has capacity of 12 digits, but with only 0 or 2 decimals with a 6-digit LED display, which shows only the rightmost (less significant) digits. Additional digits can be recalled by pressing and holding the ↔ key.
Worth comparing with similar 6/12-digit japanese calculators, e.g. Sharp EL-120, EL-121, the Casio Mini series or Sanyo CX-6000.
