Toshiba BC-602L

Brief History
Very expensive calculators' price had fallen, but didn't become accessible to anyone. Most of manufacturers had been trying to produce cheaper ones. Although calculators with capacity of less than 8 digit didn't made in the USA, but in Japan this type of machine would be a success, so almost all manufacturers produce such calculators. Toshiba BC-602L designed similar to a flashlight, and contained only domestic parts: NEC's 6-digit vacuum-fluorescent tube can display signals in two parts from the Toshiba produced CPU which was developed by NEC.
